On 22/12/2006, D.O.O. ‘ISHRANA PRODUKT’ has introduced standards called JUS 9001:2001 and HACCP- Analysis of hazards and critical control point. These standards are compatible with requirements of ALINORM 97/13 and 13/A, Addition II WHO/FAO Codex Alimentarious – used for the area of production of confectionery products. |
